HTML File Upload:
You can verify your website ownership by uploading the HTML file to your website. You can use this method to verify your website if you’re able to upload files to your website root directory.
To use this method, choose HTML file upload method on the verification details page. Now you’ll be asked to download the HTML file. Download it and upload the HTML file to your website without making any changes to the file. After uploading the HTML file, come back to Google Search Console and click on verify button to verify your ownership.
